Start with 8 classesWhat is KX Pilates
KX Pilates is a 50-minute dynamic reformer workout built around the KXFormer — a reformer with a spring system that adds resistance to every movement, so a small range of motion does a lot of work.
Every class is programmed and led by an expert trainer, and every class is full-body. You work strength, control and mobility in one session, with a warm-up and cool-down built in.
It's low-impact but not low-effort. The springs mean you choose your own load, so a beginner and a long-time KXer can do the same class side by side and both leave having worked hard.
New to it? Start in a Basics class. Your trainer walks you through the machine, the set-up and the movement patterns before you're asked to do anything with them.
Why choose KX Pilates
Most people book the intro offer to see whether reformer Pilates is for them. Here's what usually decides it.
01
A maximum of 14 clients per class. Your trainer can watch your form, adjust your springs and give you a cue that's actually about you.
02
Three class levels and adjustable spring resistance mean you can start as a complete beginner and keep progressing without changing studios.
03
KX trainers are certified through the KX Institute. They program the class, correct your technique and know when to push you and when not to.
04
Spring resistance loads your muscles without pounding your joints — which is why it suits people rebuilding as well as people chasing a hard session.
05
Classes run all day, every day. Book, train, get on with it. Nothing to pack, nothing to set up — the reformer and all props are provided.
06
No mirrors to perform for, no equipment queue, no guessing what to do next. You show up and someone takes you through it.
3 easy steps to booking
Step 01
Search your suburb and pick the studio you'll actually get to. Intro offers are studio-specific, so choose the one closest to home or work.
Step 02
Unlimited Classes — 8 classes for $100. Create your account and pay online in a couple of taps. No contract, no joining fee.
Step 03
Pick a Basics class and a time that suits you. Your 14 days start from your first booking, so book the rest of the fortnight while you're there.

FAQs
Both intro offers are for new KX clients only — first-timers. One per person, and they can't be combined with any other opening offer. Your 14 days are activated from the date of your first booking, not the date you buy.
There's a smaller Starter Offer — 5 classes for $85 — for anyone whose next fortnight is already full. Same 14 days, same access to the timetable, just fewer credits. Select "Not ready for unlimited?" above the offer to see it.
None. Start in a Basics class — it's designed as a starting point for the KX method and the reformer, taught step by step. If you've already done a handful of reformer classes elsewhere, Signature is our open-level class and will meet you where you're at.
All KX classes are 50 minutes. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first one so you can check in, meet your trainer and get a run-through of the reformer. If you're more than 5 minutes late, you may be turned away — every class includes a warm-up for a reason.
A maximum of 14. If a class is full, book in anyway to join the waitlist — you'll be notified by SMS or email if a spot opens, and you'll have two hours to claim it.
Book through the KX app, online, or by calling your studio. Group classes need to be cancelled at least 9 hours before the start time, or the credit is lost. Private classes need 24 hours.
Often, yes — it's low-impact and your trainer can usually offer modifications. Check with your healthcare provider first that group reformer Pilates is appropriate for you, and tell your trainer about the injury before class starts. Our trainers are exercise professionals, not healthcare practitioners, so they can't diagnose or prescribe rehab.
Yes — you need to be 16 or over. KX group classes are programmed for adults.
If you're new to KX, we ask that you wait until after your pregnancy to begin regular group classes. Select studios run Pre/Post Natal and Parents & Bubs classes instead — contact your local studio to see what's available.
Your studio team will talk you through memberships and class packs, from fortnightly memberships to flexible packs. There's no obligation and nothing rolls over automatically from the intro offer.
Pick your offer, pick a studio, book a Basics class. That's the whole thing.
